I am interested in the virtual gastric band, more importantly I had a gastric bypass in 2002 that was unsuccessful. I would like help on following the guidelines of a bariatric patient: chewing each bite appropriately (ie. 100x) not drinking water with meals (30 min before or 1 hour after) following low glycemic diet (to prevent dumping syndrome) taking vitamins
